My first visit at Made Ya Smile Kingwood could not have went better. The check in process was fast and easy and the front desk staff were friendly. Everyone in the back office was amazing including the staff that took my X-rays and the dental hygienist. They were super friendly and professional and put my anxiousness at ease. The dentist came in at the end and he was very personable and explained everything in detail. I feel like each person who saw me that day played an important role in making my experience so special and they made me feel important and heard. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them to family and friends. My only regret was not going there sooner! More

Most dentists get a bad rap but this office is spectacular. I came in rather down, knowing I needed work I couldn't afford. Everyone I spoke to was kind and friendly. Jill, specifically, was wonderfully friendly. She is the perfect person to be manning the front desk. She was thorough in talking me through my insurance coverage as well. Gwen was so nice and accommodating on the phone. Construction caused me to be late and the staff understood (thank you so much). I must say I was shocked as the minute I walked through the door the young lady took my picture and didn't tell me why, but thereafter it was explained to me by the hygienist. Top of the line x-rays and care. The hygienist was extremely qualified and gave me a few laughs along the way. The doc was awesome too. Definitely coming back. More

Dr Olson was great at letting me know my options and not trying to sell me on the most expensive plan. They definitely made me smile. 2 or 3 other dentists have tried to sell the implants package for $20k and one of them really messed my teeth up by grinding down too far where crowns won't work. That left me with a $20k bill and not many options. In my case, but not in all cases, I will be able to have the results I need and for less than 1/10th the cost. Jill was also very helpful and accommodating. The technician was very nice and friendly as well. Over the last 7 years I've been battling with dentists and I've finally found someone that seems to care more about what they do and how to treat their patients and it makes me happy, so far. More

My son had a great experience with Dr. Olson and his staff! The front desk receptionists were friendly, cheerful and checked us in quickly. Our hygienist, Emerson and dental assistant were wonderful and helped calm my son's anxiety. Dr. Olson spent time with us to explain his exam and what he suggested for my son. Ms. Felicia at the front desk is an absolute angel. I had a dental emergency and was pretty upset and she was calming, sweet and gave me some peace. She also went above and beyond to help me figure out my insurance and was truly patient with me. The lovely young lady, McKinsey, that did my x-rays was also just so calming and kind and I am just so grateful. I have been here many times with my son and have always had such a great experience. Everyone is so nice and helpful here! My husband got his veneers done here about 2 years ago and we are so happy with them! We both come every six months for routine cleanings and my hygienist Sonia is always so cheerful and positive. It’s also nice to see the employees all working together as a team, so even when it’s busy they are very efficient. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment due to unforeseen traffic, I figured I would have to wait a while but they still got me in and out quickly! 5 stars all around! More

I am not going to lie, I was nervous for my replacement crowns. I am so very pleased and happy with Dr. Olson and his staff that I had to write another review. I’ve been going here for years, and the care has not changed once. It’s been great every single time. I don’t have any issues with my teeth, so I’m usually in and out with my cleaning. Even waiting to be called back has never been very long, but it’s gotten even faster over the years. Everyone is very friendly, both on the phone and in person. It is always very clean, and they require masks and temperature checks for Covid. I’ve never had them tell me I need anything but my cleaning, and having my wisdom teeth out. Even with my wisdom teeth, I’ve never felt pressured to schedule, just advised it’s recommended and given a breakdown of the costs. My insurance covers most of the cleanings, and the most I’ve ever paid for a visit is $30. My mom also comes here and loves the care and low price. They do occasionally ask her if she wants Lumineers, but she’s never been pressed about it. Overall great place! More

I was having this terrible toothache for the past 4 days straight and, even though they were busy (it’s December) , they were able to help me asap with an extraction with very reasonable prices. The procedure went very well (they were very punctual) they played Netflix during it and I had zero pain. Thank you Dr Olson, Sarah, and Maribel. Now the pain is gone and I’ve already scheduled future procedures appointment. I know where to go now for dentistry needs. More

I have always been seen quickly. They work with your insurance and financial situation to try and make taking care of your teeth affordable. The dental assistances and the dentist are always friendly and professional. I also have to say that they work around your schedule and make seeing the dentist as pain free as possible.
